 Program
Discription
Students will spend eight weeks in Japan. The first six
weeks participants will live on Japanese farms and/or participate in agribusiness
internships. When possible, farmstays and internship sites will be selected
to meet the interests of individual participants. The remainder of the
eight weeks will be spent on the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology
(TUAT) campus enrolled in a Field Practicum designed to provide an overview
of Japanese agriculture and completion of their journal which will synthesize
his/her in-country experiences, and preparation activities.
