Purdue Improved Crop Storage Workshop

Mark your calendar for the Purdue Improved Storage Workshop, the objectives of the PICS Workshop are to:

• Provide a platform for discussions of the lessons learned in developing and implementing hermetic storage for cereals, grain legumes and other food products.
• Identify ongoing challenges and new opportunities to develop and implement hermetic storage technologies for agricultural commodities and products derived from them.
• Develop strategies for future collaborations aimed at implementing hermetic storage technologies.

The workshop program will include poster and oral presentations, panel discussions and, group discussions and presentations. The panel discussions will provide opportunities to researchers, policymakers, manufacturers and vendors of hermetic storage technology, farmers and other users, and the development communities to share their experience and provide feedbacks.
