Eligible Applicants
Undergraduates enrolled in accredited colleges and universities are eligible. Preference will be given to applicants in the upper division who have indicated definite intentions of furthering their education in the field of horticulture.

Selection Criteria
Financial need, work status, character and intent, along with application, letters of recommendation and transcripts.
