i-LEaD

Indiana Leadership Education and Development (i-LEaD) is a leadership program targeting new and emerging leaders. The program prepares citizens to be leaders by examining three topics in each of the three levels. The focus is on individual skill development.

 

 

The series is broadcast to IHETS satellite sites located at Extension Offices around the State or by attending three, two day workshops.

The curriculum consists of three levels, or nine educational sessions.

Level I - Personal Development ("Me")
   Myers-Briggs Personality Assessment
   Understanding Leadership
   Creative Thinking

Level II - Interpersonal Relations ("You and Me")
   Effective Communication
   Team Building
   Conflict Management

Level III - Community ("All of Us")
   Community Leadership and Power Structures
   Strategic Planning
   Effective Boards and Committees
