Janet Ayres has developed a number of curricula in leadership development for Extension staff. Each includes an Instructor’s Guide (to lead an instructor through the delivery of a program); a Participant’s Guide; and a Powerpoint presentation.

The files can be downloaded. You can customize the title of the Participant’s Guide for various audiences. However, you should not change the content of the materials because they are based on research and are appropriately documented.
