Videos may be ordered from Purdue Agricultural Media Distribution Center (MDC). Orders can be placed by phone, fax or mailing in the order form. MDC accepts Master Card, Visa, and Novus.

To order by phone, call toll free, 1-888-EXT-INFO (398-4636). Be prepared to give the video number. Orders may be purchased using your Master Card, Visa, or Novus/Discover charge card.

Order by FAX

To order by fax, dial (765) 496-1540. Print out the order form and fill out the quantity, video number, title, unit price, and total.

Order by Mail

To order by mail, print out the order form and fill out the quantity, video number, title, unit price, and total. Mail the order form to the address at the top of the form.
