Bring On the Biltmore!

Foresters use Biltmore Sticks when they are "cruising timber" (measuring and marking potential trees for harvest). In this activity, students will learn how to use a Biltmore Stick. They will also be given instructions on how to build their own version of a Biltmore Stick out of paper and a yardstick.
