Grade 4-5 Pre-Visit Activity

Tree Safari

After an introduction to the wide variety of products that come from trees, students will go on a "safari." They will look for, record and discuss all of the tree products that can be found in their classroom or school. Next, students will conduct the same "safari" at home, and bring their results back to share with the class.
