Intro to Ethnobotany

In this activity, students will become ethnobotany detectives and research how people throughout time have used plants/trees for food, medicine, tools, and other "modern" items we take for granted today. Students will work in research teams to gather information on their set of plants/trees and then create a poster to display their findings. A class "symposium" will allow everyone to present their findings to see posters.
