Miers’ 7-minute thrill ride started when he stepped out of the plane at 13,000 feet. Miers flashes the double-thumbs up while Stokes checks the altimeter.
Morgan Miers, 86, and veteran jumper Jay Stokes reached approximately 125 mph in the skies over Greensburg, Ind., before their chute deployed. More than 100 family and friends gathered on the ground to help Miers celebrate his jump.
