Laser Safety Form
REM requires everyone who uses the Zeiss LSM 710 microscope to take Laser Safety Training.
On-line training is available at http://www.purdue.edu/rem/rs/rstrain.htm#LST.
Click on the PowerPoint presentation "Class 3b and 4 laser safety training".
On-line laser safety training must be completed before your microscopy training session.
A Laser Safety Guide is also available.
You will need to fill out a REM laser safety training form. Please e-mail the completed form to lsfif@purdue.edu.
