'On Target' returns with new look, same mission

After a six-month hiatus, the On Target newsletter has returned with a revamped Web site and publication schedule.

Formerly a monthly publication, On Target will be published quarterly on the first Wednesday of December, March, June, and September. Instead of receiving the entire newsletter as an e-mail message, On Target subscribers will receive brief e-mail messages that describe and provide Internet links to the articles.

Visitors to the new site will most likely notice the more modern design. But the new On Target site has additional features, too. For example, an "Other Resources" page directs you to Web sites with communication advice, help with graphics, publishing tools and other resources. A "Subscribe" page allows you to sign up for e-mail alerts of new issues and an "About Us" page let's you know who is on the On Target team.

The "About Us" page also contains On Target's mission statement. That statement articulates the goals the newsletter has always had and will pursue in the future.

This page will continue to evolve as more articles and resources are added. In time, we hope On Target will become one of your most valuable communication resources.

But we need your help. If you have any comments, suggestions or recommendations for things you would like to see in future issues, please let us know.
