There's a lot to learn, but momentum will continue I first came to Purdue University as a graduate student in 1982, but one of the things I've been taught since May 1 is that there's a lot more to learn. In these first weeks in the dean's office, I have learned a great deal. Purdue Agriculture won't be standing still during this interim period while a search for the new dean is underway. One critical piece of work is the development of the next strategic plan for Purdue Agriculture. Over the summer months, we will continue to look at the Purdue Agriculture brand and what it stands for. We are also seeking input from our stakeholders as we map our future. I much appreciate the warm welcome that I have received, and I look forward to keeping the momentum going. |
