Chris Sigurdson

Thanks for visiting my professional home page.

I am Head of the Agricultural Communications Department in the Purdue College of Agriculture. I've been with the department since November 1991, when I began my tenure here at Purdue as Coordinator of Agriculture's News and Public Affairs Unit.

Although I specialize in environmental news writing, media and public relations, and media relations/issue management training, I'm also a former video producer and television reporter.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University in 1986.
