General Public We are the distribution center for
the Purdue Extension Service. Our
65-year-old unit has evolved from being a mailing room/distribution
center to now being a fulfillment center for Purdue Extension.
As a fulfillment center we stock and distribute many educational
products on a variety of related subjects including family lifestyles
and finance, gardening, pest control and pest management, food
preservation, animal wellbeing, community development and many
more topics to help you improve your Knowledge on the Go.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards orders
over the phone, by Fax, and by mail (please do not send credit
card information via e-mail as it is not secure). Orders placed
online through the Education
Store will only accept MasterCard and Visa.

Orders sent within the 48 continental states are subject to
a shipping/postage charge according to the total of the order:
- Free - $25.00 $ 3.50
- $25.01 - $99.99 $ 6.50
- $100.00 - $300.00 $15.00
- Over $300.00 Actual UPS shipping charge
Orders received from foreign countries, Hawaii, Alaska, and
common wealth states are charged actual shipping. Contact the
AgComm-MDC office for shipping charges.
Sales Tax and Discounts. . . .
Six percent sales tax is applicable to customers living in Indiana.
Customers who are tax exempt must contact the AgComm-MDC office
and provide a copy of your tax exempt certificate.

Return Policy. . .
Products must be
returned to AgComm-MDC within 60 days of purchase to receive
a full refund or credit. Video tapes are not returnable unless
they are defective. Defective videotapes will be replaced when
returned within 15 days of the shipping date and with a written
explanation of the defect.
Credits to an invoice
or credit card will be made upon the return of the product.
The product must be in re-saleable condition to be accepted.
